According to Art. 22 DPR n. 633/72, Art. 2, lett. o DPR 696/96 and as confirmed by resolution n. 274/E of November 5, 2009 of the Italian Revenue Agency, XeniaHosting, being an online seller, is not required to issue an invoice (nor a receipt or tax slip) to a consumer who is not a VAT number holder.
